Circuits are kettlebell exercises, cardio intervals and bodyweight exercises.

 Friday morning Bodyweight Blitz Workout 7am-7:30am

Based on my Bodyweight Blitz online program. Bodyweight circuits and interval cardio drills to maximise your fat loss without any equipment.

 Saturday Morning Circuit Wake Up Call 8am-9am - WAITING LIST ONLY SORRY!
